Position demi-assise comparée (50 femmes) à la position allongée sur le dos (50 femmes) pendant le second stade du travail. La position assise a entraîné 3 fois moins d'extractions instrumentales, plus de décélérations cardiaques foetales au début [de la seconde phase?], moins après [pendant l'expulsion?], Apgar meilleur ou aussi bon que pour les enfants nés d'une mère allongée. POurquoi la conclusion est qu'on peut accoucher en demi-assis sans risques, alors que cette étude montre plutôt que la position couchée apporte plus de risques supplémentaires?
